These terms govern your use of ZensInk (zens.ink) and its tools.

Free CLI Tools

The free CLI tools are licensed under MIT. You can use them for personal and commercial projects, no attribution required.

Pro Package (1-Year)

The Pro 1-Year tier ($39 early bird / $59 regular) grants a personal-use license. You may install, use, and modify the Software and create derivative works for your own use. You may run it on projects and web properties you personally own or control — including properties that carry advertising, affiliate links, or paid products. Any use for a client, employer, or third party (paid or unpaid) — running audits, delivering reports or data, or providing output to anyone other than yourself — is NOT permitted under this tier. Includes one year of updates.

Pro Package (Lifetime)

The Lifetime tier ($399 one-time) grants a full commercial license. You may use the Software and derivative works in client projects, paid services, and agency delivery, including white-label branding and multi-client portfolio mode. You may create, publish, and sell substantially modified derivative works, provided they do not contain or disclose the original source code in reusable form. You may not resell or redistribute the original source code as-is, publish the original unmodified source, or remove the license notice or preview watermark. Includes all future updates, free forever.

White-Label & Multi-Site

White-label branding (your company name, logo, and colors on generated reports) and the multi-site portfolio mode are licensed features of the Lifetime tier. Branding is configured in a local file and checked offline; the check is honor-based, not DRM. The 1-Year tier does not include these features — reports generated without a Lifetime license carry a small preview notice in the footer, and removing or concealing that notice is not permitted.

Supporter Subscription

The Supporter tier is a monthly subscription billed automatically. You can cancel anytime from the payment provider. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. Exclusive content is added over time and may change.

License Keys

Pro package purchases include a license key for download verification. Keys are non-transferable and for your own use — do not share them. The key gate is honor-based (offline toolchain). If you lose access, contact support@zens.ink.

No Warranty

The tools and data are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost rankings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Refunds

The Pro package is a digital product delivered in full at purchase; all sales are final. If the Software is materially defective, contact support@zens.ink and we will repair it in a timely release.

Taxes & Invoices

Prices are shown in USD. Where required by law, sales tax / VAT is calculated and charged at checkout by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. A receipt for every purchase is emailed automatically after checkout. If you need an invoice for your business — with your company name, address, or tax ID — reply to that receipt email or contact support@zens.ink with your order ID and we will have an invoice issued with your details.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

"All sales are final" is our commercial policy; it never overrides your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For a digital product like this one, that right lapses once you consent to immediate delivery and the download begins — by purchasing and downloading you consent to immediate performance. Where mandatory consumer law gives you a withdrawal or refund right that cannot be waived, we honor it; contact support@zens.ink.

Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence (the People's Republic of China), excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any proceedings, please contact support@zens.ink — both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute amicably for thirty (30) days. Failing that, the dispute is submitted to the people's court at the seller's domicile — except that a consumer may bring proceedings before the courts of their own country of residence where that right is granted by mandatory local law. Nothing in this section limits the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms and product offerings at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
